Orders will be despatched by us within 2 – 3 days and delivered by Royal Mail Second Class Post, taking around 2 – 3 business days. The price shown (£3.25) covers postage and packaging.

Terms & Conditions
- Agreement: By placing an order on this website you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, together with the privacy policy of Professor Daniel Publishing, run by owner Ruth McDonagh. Editor@professordaniel.co.uk.
- Ordering: When you place an order, including a pre-order, the order is only accepted once full payment is received. Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation. Acceptance of your order forms a legally binding contract between you the buyer and Professor Daniel Publishing. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or there’s a pricing mistake, you will be advised by email and options offered.
- Price: The price payable for your order is shown on the website along with postage details. Free collection is also possible for orders from people living locally to the editor.
- Availability: If a product ordered is not available, you will be emailed with the option to wait until it is, or to cancel your order with a full refund.
- Cancellation: If your order has not been despatched in the stated timescales you are free to cancel your order by email to sales@professordaniel.co.uk. Your statutory rights are not affected. Professor Daniel Publishing reserves the right to cancel the order if there is insufficient stock. If this happens, you will be contacted and advised when the product will be back in stock.
- Delivery: Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of being placed. If there is a delay, you will be contacted. We cannot be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post. Pre-orders will be dispatched in the week before publication. Our aim is for you to receive your order by publication day, but this may not be possible due to Royal Mail delays which are beyond the control of Professor Daniel Publishing. The order will be delivered to the delivery address provided. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. If Royal Mail or other delivery partner has attempted delivery whilst you were out, a note should have been left advising you of the attempted delivery of your parcel. This will be at the discretion of Royal Mail or any other delivery partner and not the responsibility of Professor Daniel Publishing.
- Returns: All books will be posted in A1 condition in protective packaging. Professor Daniel Publishing cannot be held responsible for damage that may occur in transit via Royal Mail. Returns are not accepted.
- Payment data: Payment processing is provided by secure third-party payment service provider PayPal. At no time is any private payment data such as credit or debit card numbers, expiry dates or CVC numbers given to, visible to, or stored by Professor Daniel Publishing.
- Privacy Policy: Please see our separate privacy policy for further information on data management.
- Website: No part of this website may be used or reproduced by anyone other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. Unauthorised use or abuse of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
- Governing law: The contract between you and Professor Daniel Publishing is governed by and interpreted in accordance with UK law and the UK courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes that arise.
